REFUND POLICY

Thank you for purchasing software from spherene AG. This Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold via our web-shop.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Spherene sells downloadable software plugins for the Additive Manufacturing sector. Once the download, activation, or license key has been issued, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable, in line with applicable consumer protection laws for digital content. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital product and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period in the EU).

2. DEFECTIVE OR NON-FUNCTIONAL PRODUCTS

If you experience technical issues preventing installation or use of the plugin:

  • Please contact our support team at support@spherene.io.
  • We will first attempt to resolve the issue (e.g., troubleshooting, replacement license key, updates).
  • If the software remains non-functional and cannot be fixed within a reasonable period, we will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.

3. DUPLICATE PURCHASES / BILLING ERRORS

If you were charged multiple times for the same product, or believe there was a billing error, please contact us immediately. Verified duplicate transactions will be fully refunded.

4. TRIAL VERSIONS

Where available, we encourage customers to test Spherene via trial licenses before purchasing a full license. This ensures you can evaluate compatibility and functionality with your CAD Software.

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund (only applicable in the situations described above), please contact:

  • Email: support@spherene.io
  • Include: Order number, date of purchase, and description of the issue.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

6. REFUND METHOD

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider (usually 10–15business days).
