Can I cancel my subscription Yes you can
How to get started? Getting started is simple. Register and create an account on our platform, upload your model, and generate your first Spherene Section using the default settings. Our onboarding tutorials will guide you through each step, and you can upgrade to a paid plan at any time if you need higher-volume usage or advanced features.
Can I test Spherene before committing to a plan?

Yes. We provide a free trial tier with limited capacity so you can evaluate spherene for your workflows.

How do i get support? You can reach our support team anytime via support@spherene.com. All users also have access to our online documentation and knowledge base. Professional and Enterprise customers receive priority support, including faster response times and direct access to our technical specialists. In addition you will be able to access all your information in the customer portal.
Can Spherene integrate with other CAD solutions, and is there a cost for integration? Spherene integrates with  Rhino, Grasshopper, nTop and Autodesk Fusion. More integration will follow soon. These integrations are included in pricing; custom integrations may incur additional fees.
What support is included in the standard pricing? All users receive email-based support and documentation access via Customer Portal. Higher-tier plans include priority support, dedicated onboarding, and performance optimization sessions are available upon request. Just reach out to support@spherene.io to get more information.
