SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (SDR)

WHAT DOES IT TAKE?

We’re looking for a motivated and personable Sales Development Representative (SDR) who loves building connections, sparking curiosity, and uncovering new use cases for Spherene. Teamwork and collaboration define how we work, and we’re seeking someone who shares our passion for innovation.

You should enjoy opening doors, starting conversations, and developing opportunities — whether through cold outreach or nurturing inbound leads. Thriving under tight timelines and managing multiple priorities comes naturally to you. Most importantly, you’re eager to learn, grow, and play a pivotal role in bringing our groundbreaking ADMS technology to the world.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and identify potential target accounts across several industries (i.e. aerospace, automotive, footwear, energy and industrial sectors).
  • Initiate outbound outreach via Hubspot, email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events.
  • Qualify inbound leads and assess fit for Spherene’s technology.
  • Book and coordinate discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and lead-generation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in the CRM (HubSpot).
  • Gather and share customer insights with the sales and product teams.
  • Represent Spherene with professionalism and enthusiasm at trade shows and industry touchpoints.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Some exposure to B2B SaaS or manufacturing/engineering tech is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
  • We also welcome motivated graduates eager to start a career in sales.
  • Interest in design, CAD, 3D printing, or additive manufacturing is highly valued.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, engineering, or related), but relevant experience can substitute.
  • Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, LinkedIn, productivity apps); curiosity for tech and IT is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); German or other European languages are a strong advantage.
