Plugins: Submitting a bug report

Include the following in your email:

  1. Plugin name and version (find in sphe_about for Rhino/GH, Help & About in Fusion, connector info in nTop).
  2. Operating system and version.
  3. Steps to reproduce the issue.
  4. Error message from the SDK window or plugin interface.
  5. Your Rhino, Grasshopper, Fusion, or nTop version.
  6. The .3dm, .gh, .f3d, or .ntop file if you are able to share it.

SphereneNXT: Submitting a bug report

Include the following in your support ticket section:

  1. Browser name and version.
  2. Operating system and version.
  3. Steps to reproduce the issue.
  4. The error message or job log text from the platform.
  5. Your SphereneNXT account email (do not share your password).
  6. Screenshots of the issue if possible.

SphereneNXT supports in-app support tickets directly from the platform.

Describe the use case you are trying to solve, not just the specific feature. This helps the team understand the underlying need and design the best solution.
